This three bedroom/one bathroom apartment is located in the Military area of Buffalo, NY. This unit includes a refrigerator, stove, forced heat and air, carpet flooring, laundry hook-ups, front/back yard, and driveway and street parking. This apartment is with-in walking distance of grocery stores, NFTA bus stops (3 and 23), restaurants and other essential stores. Rent for this apartment is $800 a month and includes water, trash and sewage. Rent does not include gas and electricity. Cats and small dogs are allowed with a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee, which can be deducted from your security deposit when you move out. Tenants must sign a one year lease prior to moving in. The security deposit is $800 and can be paid via the following options: -In full with the first month's rent when the lease is signed. -Can be paid in increments of $200 for four months with written agreement. All applicants are subject to a criminal background check and a consumer report to check for evictions in the past 24 months. We do not base our decision to rent to prospective tenants on their overall score or any other information contained in their report. Note: By law, all landlords and property management companies are required to accept Section 8, HUD, subsidies and rental vouchers.
