The uniquely shaped pool and spa are ready for your enjoyment, complete with a child safety alarm on the sliding door. A full-size washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, are located in the home for your convenience. The garage game room includes a billiard table, foosball table, and air hockey table, with a table and seating for snacks during family fun time. The home features a variety of bedrooms, each with pillow-top mattresses, upgraded bedding, and linens. Bedroom 1 is a twin room with two twin beds and a flat-screen TV with cable. Bedroom 2 is another twin room with two twin beds, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable, and an en-suite bath. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, dresser with mirror, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable, and an en-suite bath. Bedroom 4 is a queen bedroom with playful bedding ensembles and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable. Bedroom 5 is a king master bedroom with an en-suite bath, pillow-top mattress, upgraded bedding, linens, and a flat-screen TV with cable. Pool and spa pool heat are available for $50.00 per day and must be purchased for the total length of the stay, requested at least seven days prior to check-in. A BBQ grill is available for $60, with propane gas refill not included. This home is located less than five minutes from Kissimmee's renowned 192 corridors, where shops and restaurants are abundant. It is also a short drive to 429 and the western entrance of Walt Disney World. An easy drive north will take you to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios. With six theme parks and three waterparks all within a short drive, there is always somewhere to explore. Tuscany At Westside Resort is only a few moments' drive to grocery shopping, restaurants, and other area happenings. Enjoy easy access to major attractions like Walt Disney World Theme Parks (10 min), Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (23 min), I-Drive (20 min), Legoland (25 min), Premium Vineland Outlet (15 min), and many other attractions. Parties and events are not permitted. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge of $400.00 minimum. Starter supplies include one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small hotel-size bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap sponge, detergent for dishwasher, laundry detergent, and a garbage bag are provided. There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. This house is self-catering. Although welcome amenities are provided, it is recommended to stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida law, open food cannot be left in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after check-out and no supply of items such as condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in. Excessive required cleaning or a double clean is charged at $100.00.
