Washer Dryer in unit. No other units on your floor. Office or den with desk. 3 month lease $2200/month with option to go month-to-month. You pay for electricity and internet/cable. If you would like a short term 1 or 2 months then rent is $3,500/month and includes utilities. Street parking available. Reserved parking for $50/month. Extend to month-to-month is possible. One month's rent security deposit due in order to secure. First month (or partial month) rent due at signing. No smoking or vaping indoors whatsoever. Let me know when you want to view the unit.
