Pool heating and BBQ grill rental are available as optional services. Pool heating is available upon 24 hours advance request for an additional fee of $35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill. Pets are welcome in units of 6-9 bedrooms with an additional cleaning fee of $300 for one pet plus tax per stay or $200 per pet for two pets or more. Unauthorized pets incur a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. Smoking is prohibited in the house or patio/pool area with a non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax for any signs of smoking. The property is self-catering, and guests should bring or buy necessary items beyond the complimentary starter kit. Guests are responsible for emptying trash bins and disposing of garbage appropriately. A fee of $100 plus tax is charged for excessive trash left in the house or overflowing bins. The home is equipped with a central HVAC system, and guests should not set the temperature lower than 70ºF or above 78ºF. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax. The property is 100% smoke-free, and any signs of smoking will result in a $250 fee plus tax. Pets are not allowed inside the pool at any time.
