The home is a half mile walk to Green Sage Cafe and Asheville Pizza & Brewing and a short 1.5 mile drive to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Ingles, and Harris Teeter grocery stores. This 2.5 story Craftsman home offers an open floor plan, lots of natural light, spacious kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. The laundry room features energy efficient washer and dryer. The primary bedroom suite has a large master bathroom, a walk in closet, a desk, and a beautiful sun-soaked porch with lounging sofa. The Upper Level offers two bedrooms connected with a full bath. Both bedrooms have desks. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and full bathroom. The lounge (on the same floor as the laundry) has a queen sofa bed and projector for a home theater feel. The large front porch has plenty of seating. Just off the kitchen and living room, the porch is ideal place to welcome the morning with a warm cup of coffee.
