The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a drip coffee maker, with bar seating for three, perfect for quick breakfasts or evening chats. A dedicated dining area accommodates six, inviting you to relish meals with loved ones. All grills at Teton Creek Resort, including this one, are electric, perfect for that evening cookout. Sink into the plush couch and oversized chair in the living room, adorned with tasteful western accents, and enjoy the warmth and ambiance of a gas fireplace. Proximity is key! This is the nearest condo complex to Grand Targhee Resort. A short 4-mile drive will take you to the heart of downtown Driggs, bustling with exquisite dining options and charming shops. Step out or gaze through the windows to witness an unspoiled view of lush aspens. With a westward orientation, the condo basks in the gentle glow of the afternoon sun, casting a magical, filtered light throughout. Conveniently located between two entrances to Yellowstone National Park, you can access hiking and activities in the Tetons here in Teton Valley, affectionately known as the quiet side of the Tetons. Distances to nearby ski resorts and regional airports make this location ideal for exploring the region. The minimum age of the primary renter is twenty-five years. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or on the decks, and Teton Creek Resort is a no-smoking complex. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area, adjacent to the Bannock Building parking area. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the parking area. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking or vaping in non-designated areas, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. Your mountain retreat awaits.
