The home features a fenced-in yard with outdoor dining and parking for two vehicles. The Lux Beach Cabana invites you to unwind in a calm, stylish space. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is ideally located between the beach and the intercoastal waterway, offering incredible proximity to the beach and walkability to several top neighborhood restaurants, including the local favorite, Caps on the Water. The cabana feels light and airy with vaulted ceilings in the living room and both bedrooms, and it boasts a spacious fully-fenced backyard with an outdoor dining area under a tropical pergola. The master suite on the first floor features a cozy queen bed and a full private bathroom, while the second floor hosts a spacious open loft with a king bed, twin day bed, and trundle, along with an attached full bathroom. This pet-friendly home accommodates one dog under 50 lbs, with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay, and additional charges apply if dog waste is not properly disposed of. The best way to explore St. Augustine is by car, with free parking for two cars included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi, available at all times of the day. For a fun way to see the city, the Old Town Trolley Tours offer a hop-on, hop-off service with 23 stops at popular destinations, departing every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tickets are approximately $25 per adult and $10 for kids, including three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee.
