Centrally located within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. (Wayland, Fox Point, Thayer,)The apartment and the building are both quiet. The features include an open, light-filled LR/DR with exposed brick non-working fireplace, high ceilings, large bay windows, and original built-in storage. The Eat-in Kitchen has a new floor, (2021) includes all appliances including DW and a separate large microwave/convection oven Closet storage is decent. There will be some updates made which will be completed by the move-in date (backsplash, shelving, range hood) Bath is being updated as well with new flooring, sink, and extra storage shelves. The space is perfect for either one or two singles or couple. The building is owner-occupied, and both the neighborhood and home are quiet. The neighborhood is a great mixture of students, and professionals. There is one off-street parking spot available at no charge. Off-street permits are available for extra vehicles and parking is typically available in front of the house. Use of yard is negotiable. Some extra storage is available in the basement. Extras include free use of the Washer/ Dryer in the basement and a Nest thermostat with an additional sensor. All utilities except cable/internet included.
