A total of one dog will be welcome for a $25 per night pet fee, or for those guests staying 30+ nights, the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night. No garage parking at this home. The pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year-round. The location has its perks too, with easy access to Highway 101 providing quick trips to Tempe and Scottsdale. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Air conditioning cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues.
