Downtown Seattle is a 20-minute drive, or you can take public transport from the Burien Transit Center. The airport is about 15 minutes by car or taxi. No smoking is allowed, with a $500 penalty fee for violations. No events or parties are permitted. Maximum overnight occupancy is six, and maximum occupancy until 10:00 pm is eight. Reduced noise and activity are required after 9 pm to 9 am. Keyless entry with a digital lock is provided. The TV room can be transformed into a private office by closing the French doors. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, and a laptop computer is not included.
