Whether traveling for business or leisure, this studio is the perfect retreat, offering great accessibility and a peaceful atmosphere, making it the ideal base to explore the best of Seattle. The studio features a queen-size bed with colorful bedding, warm, earth-toned walls, and eclectic artwork that adds personality and warmth. The living area includes a leather loveseat and an accent chair with a sheepskin throw, perfect for relaxing. Side tables and soft lighting from woven lamps create a calm, inviting atmosphere. The charming kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, and utensils, with open wooden shelves displaying beautiful dishware and essentials. There's also a small dining table for two, perfect for morning coffee or a quick bite. The bathroom includes a toilet and a hot water shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels provided. Street parking spots are easy to find. Queen Anne is a charming and historic neighborhood in Seattle, known for its stunning city views, quiet streets, and cozy cafés. Just minutes from downtown, it offers easy access to major attractions like the Space Needle and Seattle Center. With local shops, parks, and a warm, welcoming vibe, it’s the perfect spot for travelers looking to enjoy both convenience and character. This section of 8th Ave West is part of The Boulevard, a scenic route that wraps around the top of Queen Anne Hill and is featured on many walking tours, even international ones. The studio is located near public transportation, with several bus stops within walking distance offering easy access to downtown Seattle, Fremont, South Lake Union, or the University District for the University of Washington. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including the inviting front porch, a perfect private retreat throughout their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, an automatic reservation confirmation will be sent to you. Five days before your arrival, detailed check-in instructions will be provided, including a link to the Guest Portal, a link to the Property Guide, GPS directions to the property, and parking information. One day before check-in, you’ll receive your personalized smart lock door code. No smoking is allowed, with a $500 penalty fee for violations. No events or parties are allowed. The maximum overnight occupancy is two, and reduced noise and activity should be observed from 9 pm to 9 am. Early check-in and late check-out will incur a $50 charge per hour unless otherwise granted in writing. Exceeding occupancy will incur a $50 charge per person, per night.
