The large common area features a fireplace, a Smart TV with Spectrum live TV channels and Netflix, and an array of entertainment options, including video games, a DVD player, board games, movies, and books. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stove oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a double toaster, a toaster oven, and a complete set of dishware and flatware. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room offers ample seating for family meals and gatherings.
