Just minutes from Keystone and A-Basin, with the free Summit Stage bus stop right outside the door, and across the street from Lake Dillon and the bike path- or walk to the local pub, coffee shop, and pizza place! Only 7 minutes from the major grocery store and 8 from I-70, while still being located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with tons of outdoor pursuits nearby, from skiing to biking to kayaking to hiking and anything in between! Upstairs features two large bedrooms with ample closet space: one is sunny South-facing with views of Mt Guyot and Bald Mountain, and the other has a balcony with peek-a-boo views of Lake Dillon. The upstairs bedrooms share an full bathroom, plus a linen closet for storage. Downstairs, the open living area has a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of room for living and dining spaces, a full galley kitchen, a second bathroom with shower, a spacious coat closet and mudroom, and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. A small fenced outdoor area is great for a grill or lounge chairs, and common grassy areas both behind and in front of the townhome provide lots of sun or shady aspens. Townhome also features an outdoor, locked closet for extra storage! One reserved parking spot included, with many open spots for a second car or guests. The townhome has Pergo floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Available starting Oct 15, minimum one year lease. Water, sewer, trash, plowing, and landscaping are included in rent. Tenant pays gas, electric, internet, cable. Prospective tenants will need to complete an application and complete a background and credit check. We are looking for tenants with excellent credit, verified income at least 3x the monthly rent, and great references. Pets will require a reference and a higher security deposit, limit 2 pets. Dillon is a small Colorado town that’s big on scenery, from the towering peaks of the Gore and Tenmile Mountain Ranges to the pristine water of the reservoir with the same name. With a population of under 1,000, tourists and locals will find Dillon as an endearing town in which to experience the raw beauty of Colorado.
The area’s biggest calling card is the unparalleled beauty around it. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and more bring in visitors and keep locals entertained. There’s a number of popular restaurants near Marina Park on the west side of the bay. Pug Ryan’s Tiki Bar, Arapahoe Café, and White Boots are just a few of the popular spots to fuel up before a day on the slopes.
Most of the rentals in Dillon follow a similar aesthetic. Dark wood exteriors and green accents mimic the look of log cabins and compliment the landscape, and almost every apartment is afforded an amazing view no matter where it is.
