Must be able to pay deposit & admin fee of $150 per applicant, within 24 hours of signing lease. 8. If selected as a resident, the tenant is required to send virtual walk through pictures when requested, required every 4-6 months (similar to a landlord walk through) 9. We do not accept Housing Vouchers. 10. Pet Deposit is $250 per pet, $25/mo pet rent. Breed Restrictions apply. 11. Must be able to start lease within 30 days of signing.
