A starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels is provided for stays of three or more days, with the expectation that guests may need to supplement these items. The apartment allows for one dog with a non-refundable pet fee of $200, payable upfront. Emotional support animals incur a pet fee of $150. Parking is available for one car in the garage, with no street parking allowed. Additional cars may be parked in the driveway. Situated in a prime location, this apartment is within walking distance of popular dining and entertainment options. The best way to explore the area is by car or Uber, with many great places nearby and easily accessible. The maximum occupancy is four guests, and exceeding this limit, verified noise complaints, or having more than two vehicles will result in forfeiture of the reservation without a refund and immediate eviction. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with fees applicable for late check-out or early check-in.
