It features a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable queen-size bed for a peaceful night's sleep and a welcoming living area with a cozy sofa bed, perfect for lounging or for an extra guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and there is a clean and modern bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. The pool is for registered guests only and no outside visitors are allowed. Parking is available, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items or vehicle damage in the parking lot. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations including smoking or any other prohibited activities, excessive damage exceeding $300 per stay, automobile damage, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards and replacement for lost parking tags. A fine of $300 is imposed for violations of the no-smoking policy and for hosting unauthorized gatherings.
