Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Sleepover has a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted. This apartment is situated in an apartment building with an onsite parking lot available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will have access to their unit, the fitness center, and the laundry facility. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Guests will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening.
