The third bedroom is set up as an office with a full-sized desk and chair but also has a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath to accommodate overnight guests (can sleep 2). Washer and dryer included in-unit in the basement. Lots of storage space in basement as well. Single stall garage and driveway parking included plus street parking available. We love pets! Cats or dogs welcome for $100 per month pet rent each. The basement laundry area is clean, spacious and heated so you could safely keep your pet here if you work long shifts and want them to be safe and secure. All utilities, lawn care and snow removal included. If it's not here...let us know and we'll go out of our way to make you happy and at home! 1-month lease minimum with flexible terms. $30 application fee for credit and background check. $200 cleaning fee will be taken from your security deposit when you vacate.
