Lease can begin after October 1st if needed, but we'd prefer move in and move out dates: November 15th 2025 - May 1, 2026. This property is a Side-By-Side Duplex (5 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom). We only rent to one family at a time. We'd like this fall-winter renter to occupy the two story side (3 Bed, 1.5 Bathroom) during this term to conserve energy, but they do have access to patio home side (2 bed, 2 bath) as shown in pictures.
