First month's rent and one-month deposit for move-in. Renter’s insurance required. A small pet may be ok with a refundable pet deposit of $250. No smoking. Your creative neighbors include designers, filmmakers and entrepreneurs. This little community is located along the Ankeny Street bikeway just blocks from Whole Foods and Restaurant Row on 28th. Laurelhurst Park is within walking distance. The owners/managers care about the neighborhood and the city. 2455 SE Ankeny is available on 10/1 with a one-year lease. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis after you tour the space. Note: the property manager lives one-hour away, so tours must be scheduled and confirmed by phone.
