Location is centrally located with quick access to the Seward highway for travelling South to Girdwood and Seward and the Glenn highway for travelling North to Hatcher Pass and Talkeetna. Hiking trails to the Chugach mountains are a short drive away up Campbell Airstrip Road! The Alaska Native Medical Center and Providence Medical Center are both within 2 miles and also accessible via the Campbell Creek bike trail from the house.
