Two good-sized rooms (9.5’x14’) are available for rent in a newly constructed and spacious townhome at 3027 Knolls End Dr Unit 3. The townhome is 3 bed and 2.5 bath (sqft below). The two available rooms share a full bathroon. The house will be fully furnished except for the two rooms for rent. The rooms could be furnished if discussed ahead of time. Rent is $825 per month per room. Utilities will be split equally between the three renters (internet, heat, AC, electricity, water, sewage and trash). A parking space in the 2 car garage is available for $20 per month. Otherwise, there is limited parking on the street. The current renter in the occupied room is a male graduate student at CSU. As such, other CSU graduate students are encouraged to apply. The townhome is located in southwest Fort Collins right next to Horsetooth Reservoir and all the hiking and biking trails that are there. - Available for move in Aug 10th, 2021. - The Mountain Edge townhomes were just finished so all the appliances, cabinets, hardwood flooring, carpet, etc. is brand new - Due to the brand new condition, cats and dogs are not allowed - Laundry room on 2nd floor - Please note that the furnishings in the pictures are of the example home. The actual furnishings will be different but similar. - 1566 square feet finished main and upper floors - 503 square feet unfinished basement for storage - 2069 total square feet - Verifiable income, proof of renters insurance, and good rental history is required. - A 1 year lease is preferred but shorter time lengths are possible - Background checks will be done on qualified applicants. - This townhome is family-owned. So, no having to deal with large and distant rental corporations.
