Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. Located close to the vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment of Magazine St, as well as Freret’s famous cafes, bistros, bars, and music clubs. Enjoy the local hot spot Mojo’s Coffeehouse right next door, or explore other options like Rook Cafe, Starbucks, and Nola Grind. The Mercedes-Benz Superdome is 2.4 miles away, and the nearest airport, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, is 14 miles away. The residence has no dedicated parking, with only street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are 5 steps to enter the unit. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 4 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, with a $200 fine for violators. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses for violations. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking.
