Parking is paid on the reservation with a fee of $125 for two parking passes and wristbands, which must be worn on site. One covered parking spot is available in the north garage, closest to the road, and a second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked open parking spot. There is a two-car limit per unit with no exceptions. With its prime location, this condo is your gateway to a memorable beachfront retreat. Local attractions include Gulf State Park, Gulf State Park Pier, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, and Alabama Point East. This family-friendly condo prohibits pets and smoking, ensuring a serene environment for all guests. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, applying to emotional support animals, with only ADA-compliant service dogs allowed. No parties or events are permitted, with violators charged a $500 fine. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in all pool areas. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for the main pools and 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM for the lap pool. A laptop computer is not included.
