Property is non smoking and pets will be case by case basis. Minimum of 1 year lease. Tenant pays for all utilities including water, sewer, garbage, electricity and gas. Rent per month will be a $2,300.00 if rent is payed through Zelle or any form of direct deposit, if paying by check there will be a $25 fee per deposit.
