It features a queen bed with a walk-in closet and dresser, a full bathroom with luxury toiletries, and a beautiful fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy hi-speed Wi-Fi, a 65” flat screen Roku TV, cable TV, and an office desk and chair for a laptop-friendly space. The apartment also includes a washer and dryer with laundry pods. Guests have access to amazing amenities including a year-round heated pool and hot tub, a 24-hour gym, and theatre and conference rooms. The apartment features custom designs with high-end furnishings, original local art, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, custom coffee station with organic coffee, tea, creamer, and organic sugar, pots, pans, bakeware, toaster, blender, wine and champagne glasses, dishwasher, and cleaning supplies. A high chair is available on request at no extra charge. The apartment includes one assigned parking space in a secure garage with a maximum height of 8 feet. Early check-in is guaranteed by 1pm and late check-out is at 12:30pm for a $30 fee. Housekeeping is available during your stay with options for daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly cleanings depending on your needs. The apartment is conveniently located across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center, 8 miles from the SLC International Airport, and one block from the Delta Center. It's less than 40 minutes to all the ski resorts in SLC and Park City, and less than 5 minutes to Temple Square and City Creek Mall. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and children must always be under the supervision of an adult. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence for smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, and a minimum $200 fine for having pets without explicit agreement. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am, with a $50 charge in hourly increments for late check-out. Lost key fob is $150, lost parking pass is $250, and there is a minimum fee of $30 for replacing damaged linens or towels. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests, but no parties are allowed, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for unregistered guests. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons, and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability. The apartment management may enter the property for urgent maintenance or safety issues, but will seek permission from the guest beforehand.
