There is plenty of parking available, including a 2-car garage and two long driveways. This home has outdoor security cameras for safety precautions only. The wood-burning fireplace is not operational for your safety and maintenance of the home. No pets, no events, and no sleeping bags or air mattresses are allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 12 per local ordinances. In winter, 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are recommended in snowy conditions. Includes office space with a desk and chair for remote work-friendly convenience.
