The building’s back yard is the Ala Wai park which has two softball fields and a soccer field which is used for recreational sports as well as a dog park. Includes one parking space and additional are available to rent from the building. It also has its own mini-mart on the lobby floor where you can find basic fruits and vegetables, cereal, eggs, milk, bacon, soft drinks, beer and wine, and many other snacks. This condo is located in a prime location – walking distance to the beach and Ala Moana shopping center, McCully shopping center, Waikiki, and a variety of shops and restaurants. The building does not technically allow pets, however, many people do have them under certain circumstances, so please let me know if you have a pet and I will explain the process for registering it with building admin.
