The nightlife in Belltown is indeed booming, so keep that in mind when booking. Smoking inside the home is prohibited and any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. No parties or events are allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests not disclosed in the initial booking, a deep cleaning fee between $500-700 will be charged. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be applied depending on the size of the home. Pets are not allowed at the property and anyone found to have brought a pet will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out.
