A new pier is currently under construction near the property, expected to continue through some time in 2026, which may result in occasional noise or limited access to certain areas. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. There will be no electricity in the building on Sept 15, 2025, starting between 8–9 AM for up to 6–8 hours due to essential electrical panel replacement. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Grilling is prohibited with a penalty of $200. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Bicycles are not allowed. The condo offers upgraded internet with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs per unit, perfect for remote work from the beach.
