Parking is available for a fee, with one vehicle per reservation allowed. Local attractions include Gulf State Park, a beautiful state park with beaches, trails, a pier, a nature center, and a zipline. Gulf State Park Pier offers stunning views of the Gulf, while Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge provides a protected area with diverse habitats and wildlife. Alabama Point East is a secluded beach area with stunning views and wildlife. Water activities such as dolphin and whale watching cruises, fishing charters, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, and paddleboarding are available. Entertainment and attractions include The Wharf, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Arena The Next Level. Dining and shopping options include Orange Beach Sportsplex, Tanger Outlets Foley, and local seafood restaurants. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The minimum age requirement for check-in from March 1st to May 1st is 25 years old, and travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A security camera/recording device is installed outside for your safety and protection, but surveillance cameras are not inside the property. Beach towels are not provided.
