Apartment has hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, and lots of natural light from many windows. The unit faces East across Thurman overlooking tiny Dorothy Park and has no horizontal neighbors. The only neighbor is the neighbor below, which are the offices of Invest St Louis, a locally owned recently renovated real estate office keeping hours of approx 9-530p Mon-Fri. Live in Shaw, perhaps the best inner-city neighborhood in Saint Louis. Convenient to pretty much everywhere. TRAVEL TIMES on foot... Botanical Gardens, Tower Grove Park, Shaw Dog Park, Fiddlehead Fern Cafe (coffee) just a few blocks away. Thurman Grille (bar/eats) directly across the street. by bike... Forest Park; 2.8miles, 15min driving... Lambert Airport; 16miles, 21min Busch Stadium; 4.7miles, 10min NOTES $50/month utility fee covers all but gas and electric $25/month pet fee (dogs and cats OK)
