Street parking is not allowed. Parties or events are prohibited, and exceeding the maximum number of guests is not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests age 25 years or older, and guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform during their stay. A video doorbell with motion detection is present for security purposes. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises, and do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided, and a starter pack of essentials is available. If you run out, it is your responsibility to refill them.
