The balcony is perfect for relaxing and also comes with a storage area. The community features a large pool. Two entrances to the complex (Scenic Hwy and Hyde Park). Hyde Park has overflow parking for the complex. We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly.  We will consider 2 pets under 15 lbs. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered).
