You must have a transformative story and at least several years from last occurrence.Evictions are important and you will only be accepted with an eviction if it is 7 years old or if you put up additional security or pre-paid rent to prevent loss to the owners if there is an eviction, which takes 2-3 months.Evictions can also be remedied with co-signers or agencies co-signing for you. A manager of the agency should take financial responsibility by signing to agree to pay rent on behalf of the agency and you if you don't pay rent.Applicants are selected on a "first come, first COMPLETE" basis.
