The new floors, fresh paint, and new furnishings give this home a light and airy coastal feel, perfect for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The Blue Fin House offers a fully equipped kitchen with basic essential needs, a dining table with seating for eight, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The kitchen includes a standard coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, a crock pot, a blender, and a toaster. The living area features flat-screen TVs, a pool table, a beverage refrigerator, puzzles, games, an iron and ironing board, a child's crib, and box fans. The house also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. This pet-friendly home allows a maximum of two pets for an additional fee of $125 per pet. Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights will receive a credit towards beach gear rentals, allowing you to select top-quality beach gear for your stay. Choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, and boogie boards. A small delivery fee may apply for beach gear. Located in the Mustang Royal Community, this home provides easy access to the beach via a boardwalk that is golf cart accessible. Parking is available for four standard vehicles. Enjoy the island life with fun and easy beach access, and explore the nearby attractions with a 6-seater golf cart available for rent. Check-in time is approximately 4 pm, although housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by this time, there is no guarantee. A two-night minimum stay is required. The property provides a starter set of amenities for one night, including two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set will not be resupplied. Construction is ongoing in Port Aransas, and noise from construction, building, or community improvement projects may be heard during your stay. Cable Wi-Fi is provided, but outages may occur, and there are no refunds for outages or if the city pool is closed for maintenance. The property is treated by professional pest control service every month, but mosquitos and pests can be plentiful at times. The maximum occupancy is 16, regulated by city ordinance.
