The garage is a game room, there is still space for 1-2 cars to park in the garage. We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! Residential street -- up on a hill so better views and less noise. Luxury homes nearby. Walk, bike, drive, Uber -- everything is 5-10 minutes away! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE >Must be 25 years old to book >No parties >No events >No smoking inside >Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - Per city ordinance >No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation >Steep driveway POOL HEATING >$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required) >It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice >Spa heating included in the booking amount -- increased price in winter months (November to March) -- if the stay exceeds 5 days, there is additional $15/day charged for unlimited spa usage PETS >This is not a pet-friendly home, sorry FIREPIT/GRILL >We try to keep our properties tanks full, but we aren't always sure. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
