Enjoy the screen porch and a variety of board games, kids' books, and toys for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. For an additional fee of $400 a week, you can rent a golf cart to explore the area. The property allows a maximum of 4 cars, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, granting access to community pools, dining, and tennis facilities. Situated in the private oceanfront gated community of DeBordieu Colony near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this property offers access to miles of beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths. Enjoy the finest Lowcountry lifestyle with proximity to Charleston and Myrtle Beach. The property is not pet-friendly and smoking is prohibited on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Check-in during the summer is on Friday. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community, up to the maximum number of cars allowed. Beach gear rentals are available with a $50 daily credit towards items like bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach carts.
