The Reserve at Lake Travis is a private luxury community located just west of Austin along the south shore of Lake Travis. With direct access to Lake Travis, you're free to boat, swim, wakeboard, water ski, or cruise. Explore championship golf courses, browse shops and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, or grab a bite at one of the area’s local diners. Downtown Austin is just a scenic 45-minute drive away. Restaurants nearby include TR Restaurant - Lakeway Resort & Spa, Sp Brazilian Steakhouse, The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen - Lakeway, The Dining Room at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
