All buildings have a locked entry door to the building with intercom system. 2200 F has been painted, cleaned, new laminate flooring in entry, kitchen , laundry and bathroom. New carpeting installed through out. Kitchen has white dishwasher, stove and refrigerator and the storage/laundry area fits a full size washer/dryer (not provided) and water is free! 1 reserved parking space- parking is not covered. Plenty of additional parking on the property. Gas heating and gas stove- electric lights and central AC. The water, trash and sewer services are paid for by the condo association. Affordable and clean- it is on the bus line and conveniently located on Bethel road 3 miles from 315. It would be a great location to live if you commute to downtown or campus. The unit is ready for move in! The office is open Monday and Friday 9:30 to 5- and on Wednesday's from 9:30 to 12. Christine- who works in the Enclave office- will be off during the holidays so please confirm with us if she will be there. Please email us to set up a time to see it other than office hours- we would be happy to make arrangements for you to see it. You would have to take possession within three weeks from the day you turn in your application- once approved for the unit you do have 48 hours to meet to sign the lease agreement and pay the security deposit. You must qualify- good rental history, good credit and income needs to be between 3-4x the monthly rent (gross) This particular owner does not allow pets on the property EXCEPT ANY emotional support/service animal with proper paperwork submitted to the condo association for approval. The unit is managed by The Gale Group, KPM will handle the application, qualify the resident and do all the paperwork with them.
