A private fenced-in dog park is available to all guests. This apartment is located in Historic Mount Clemens, one of the oldest cities in Michigan, dating back to the 1700s. You'll love being within walking distance to downtown, the Clinton River, and a short drive to Hall Road and the i94 expressway. There are dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops only a few miles away from this location. While this location is within walking distance to downtown Mount Clemens, it is much easier to travel with a vehicle. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there is free parking available in the parking lot. This location is only a few minutes away from the i94 expressway and a 12-minute drive to the i696 expressway, making it centrally located in Macomb County. Smoking is only allowed outside, and there is a $1000 fine for smoking inside the unit. Non-approved pets will be subject to a $1000 fine. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, and a $250 fine will be charged for noise complaints. A $250 fee will be charged if you check out after 11:15 AM. Please do not move furniture, as a $250 fine will apply if furniture is moved from its original position. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors or rugs. Security cameras are surrounding the exterior of the property and inside the common area laundry room. A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety, monitoring the exterior entryway 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. The apartment includes a workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.

I-94 borders the city on its east side, leading to Downtown Detroit in about 30 minutes. With a history dating back to 1796 (and as one of Michigan's oldest cities), Mount Clemens was originally known as "High Banks." The surveyor who arrived here in the late 1700s, Christian Clemens, is considered the city's founder. He purchased land along the river in 1801 and plotted out the village. He named his village after himself -- Mount Clemens. The small village grew quickly when mineral baths began to attract tourists to the area. Today, Mount Clemens is a popular city with a variety of parks, good schools, and a fantastic downtown shopping district.
