No need to haul your laundry up and down the stairs! All upstairs rooms have carpet, window coverings, and ceiling fans. Each of the bathrooms has dual sinks, tile floors and a tub/shower. Bedrooms at the end of the hall have a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The huge backyard is fully fenced and offers a concrete patio area with gas hook-up for easy bbq-ing, grassy lawn and upper section for hammock, gardening and more!
