The condo is located in the heart of the city, and like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is under construction, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid of the smells. If you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. The parking lot is on-site but privately owned, and the third-party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. The parking lot can get creepy at night, so please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. If you have very high standards for the temperature, this may not be the best choice for you. Quiet hours are between 21:00 - 9:00. The space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm incurs a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes with a minimum fine of $50. Bicycles are not allowed to enter the building. For every tenant, fresh linens and a thoroughly cleaned space are provided, but no maid service is available during your stay. There are paid laundry facilities in the basement of the building.
