Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. The apartment building is not managed by us, and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us. Amenities such as the elevator may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors, and refunds will not be issued if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. You cannot receive mail here. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only and shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment.
