Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated. The guest booking the home must be at least 25 years of age. No smoking is allowed inside, outside the property, or on the premises, with a $1000 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence or smell of smoke upon check-out. The no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
