The home is equipped with a gas-heated pool, and pool heating is optional at a cost of $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year-round. Located in Metropolitan Phoenix, Chandler embodies an active lifestyle with easy access to outdoor recreation, award-winning events, world-class golf facilities, and a vibrant downtown. Chandler visitors will enjoy the diverse community with its fabulous restaurants of every cuisine, premier shopping, arts and culture, and a wide range of things to do all year-round. Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Air conditioning cannot go below 70 degrees as this may cause issues. For stays over 30 nights, an electricity cap is determined as presented in your rental agreement.
