Step directly from the bedroom onto your spacious private deck, complete with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a propane barbeque grill. Even during the cooler months, the lake comes alive with sailboats gliding across calm waters. Off the lake, explore the best of Central Texas. Tee off at nearby championship golf courses, browse over 125 shops and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, or grab a bite at one of the area’s cozy, local diners. And when you're ready for some city energy, the vibrant music, food, and nightlife of downtown Austin are just a scenic 45-minute drive away. Whether you're here to reconnect with nature, seek adventure, or simply relax in style—The Reserve at Lake Travis is your perfect getaway. Smoking is not allowed on the premises with a minimum smoking fee of $200. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties are allowed. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by the partner. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. For trash disposal, please follow the signs in the area that leads to the Vending. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. We take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. If you are experiencing issues please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
