This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines. Heating is fully active from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 to October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. Smoking inside will incur a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties will also incur a $300 fine. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Covered damage includes unintentional damage to items inside the unit up to $300 per stay. Intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, and theft or unreported damage are not covered. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 charge, and a lost parking tag incurs a $200–$300 charge based on building rates. The apartment is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi, providing a comfortable environment for business travelers and professionals.
