The first room offers two queen-size beds, while the second room has one queen-size bed. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are included. One parking space is included with your stay. Please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit. Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. Potomac Yard offers a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic walking and biking trails, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport, making getting around quick and easy. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please send the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and AC in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Covered damages include unintentional damage to items inside the unit up to $300 per stay. Not covered are intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB or access card ($250), lost parking tag ($200–$300 based on building rates), smoking inside ($300 fine), and unauthorized party ($300 fine). High-speed Wi-Fi is available for all your remote work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
