One parking space is included with your stay. Please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror and do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit. Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. Welcome to National Landing, one of the most exciting and convenient areas in Arlington. Crystal City is a lively area full of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local parks, including the Crystal City Underground, with stores and walkways that connect you across the neighborhood. Pentagon City is just around the corner, where you'll find the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City – a top shopping mall with great stores and restaurants. Potomac Yard is a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic walking and biking trails. You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport. Getting around is quick and easy. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with their full name and a valid government-issued ID. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines. Heating is fully active from October 13 – May 1 and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. A $300 fine will be assessed for smoking inside or for hosting an unauthorized party. A lost FOB or access card will incur a $250 charge, and a lost parking tag will incur a $200–$300 charge, based on building rates. [SI]
