Every detail is thoughtfully curated for comfort and convenience. The spacious bedroom features two comfy queen-size beds for a restful sleep. The living room offers a cozy sofa bed and TV for relaxing and entertainment. The full bathroom is equipped with essentials for your convenience, and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your favorite meals with ease. In-unit laundry adds to your comfort. Enjoy the pool daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the perfect place to relax. The cost is $10 per person per day, and wristbands are required for entry and will be provided after payment. Only guests wearing wristbands are allowed in the pool, and there is a $100 replacement fee for lost or damaged wristbands. One parking space is included with your stay. Please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit, as vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. You’re only minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport. Whether you're here for work or fun, getting around is quick and easy. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is fully active from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Covered: Unintentional damage to items inside the unit (up to $300 per stay). Not Covered: Intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage. Additional charges if not covered include lost FOB or access card: $250, lost parking tag: $200–$300 (based on building rates), smoking inside: $300 fine, and unauthorized party: $300 fine.
